Pollo on "Cuu"

Ingredients:
Cucumber Roll
Cucumber
few Small White Potato
one Small Red Potato
some Egg Whites
some Onion
some Garlic
some Capsicum
Seasoning
Pollo
Chicken Breast
few Mushroom
some Pumpkin
some Cherry Tomato
some Onion
some Garlic
Parsley
Steps:
Mixture
1. Cook the potatoes till soft and cooled under cold water.
2. Mash the potato and mix with diced onion, garlic, capsicum and egg whites.
3. Refrigerate it before steaming.
Cucumber Roll
1. Prepare a cling wrap and lay it on flat surface
2. Make ribbon of the cucumber (use a peeler)
3. Lay each ribbon overlapping each other, place mixture evenly like how you would make a sushi roll.
4. Roll the ribbon and mixture and wrap it with the cling wrap.
5. Steam it for 20min or till it becomes solid, unwrap and slice at even portion.
Pollo
1. Fry and brown the chicken and then place into oven for 15min, place diced pumpkin and cooked in the over for the similar duration.
2. Fry onion, garlic and mushroom, prepare cheery tomato.
3. Add water during frying to get some gravy. Add seasoning and some corn flour to thicken the mixture.
4. Slice the chicken breast into bite size portion and mix with rest of the ingredient (preferably with a tong or hand and place above "Cuu" roll and garnish before serving.
