"Healthy Chicken" Pasta

"Healthy Chicken" Pasta














Ingredients:

Pasta
Chicken (Breast)
Cheery Tomato
Spring Onion
Garlic (Lots)
Stock
Parsley
Olive Oil

Steps:

1. Cook pasta and chicken (entire breast)  in boiling water for 10min, once cooked, drained and drizzle olive oil over and place aside.
2. With the cooked chicken breast, using a fork or finger, shred the chicken.
3. Fry garlic and spring onion till brown, add shredded chicken and sliced cheery tomato and stir for 2-3min.
4. Add the pasta, seasoning and stock before mix them about evenly and switch the heat off.
5. Pour some extra virgin olive oil and finely diced parsley and serve.

Cost:

Olive oil do cost alot but making a healthy dish bring wealthy results.
