"Seafood" Mee Goreng
Ingredients:
1 Instant IndoMee/Maggi Mee
Egg
Bean Sprout
Seafood Mix/Prawn only
Garlic
Parsley
A Wok!
Sauce Mixture
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Seasoning (Maggi Instant)
Chilli Flake (Maggi Instant)
Steps:
1. Cook the instant noodle and rinse in cold water once cooked and keep in the fridge.
2. Fry garlic in a good amount of cooking oil till brown and add seafood and fry further.
3. Next, add the cooked noodle and bean sprout.
4. Add the sauce mixture and fry for a few minutes and move them of the center of the wok.
5. Crack an egg in the center and let it cook, and mix the noodles together and serve.
The style of cooking is similar to Char Kuey Teow, so you can basically use it for that too but there might be some variation to the sauce mixture (next time). ^^.v
