"Sushi" Wrap (Tonkatsu-Style)
Similar to the standard pita wrap but with several extra twist.
Ingredient:
Pita Wrap
Egg
Pork fillet
Flour
Breadcrumb
Cucumber
Onion
Butter
Sauce:
Mustard Seed
Mayo
Step:
1. Slightly bashed the pork so its thin and wide, place into flour.
2. Lightly pat excess flour, place into egg mixture and onto bread crumb.
3. Place the crumbed pork fillet into a pan/wok with good amount of oil
4. Because the pork is thin, it will take a short time for it to be fully cook, fried both side till brown and crisp
5. Next, cook the egg into an omelette and lightly fry the onion with butter.
6. Prepare all ingredient before wrapping, tightly wrap as shown and place under a sandwich press.
7. Make sure all 4 side of the wrap is toasted equally to obtain a nice crisp form.
8. Serve .....
Cost:
I would imagine few dollar more then the standard wrap and 5x tastier. =P
