"Thai Fish" Fried Rice

"Thai Fish" Fried Rice

Ingredients:

Fish (Flake)
Cheery Tomato
Capsicum (Yellow)
Spring Onion
Egg
Rice
Onion
Garlic
Anchovies
Paprika
Flour





Steps:

1. Lightly pat the fish with flour (infused with paprika) and fried them till golden and cooked and put aside.
2. Secondly, fried and omellete half-cooked and place aside as well.
3. Fry onion, garlics, spring onions and diced anchovies till brown, add capsicum and cheery tomato and cook for several minutes.
4. Mix the rice into the frying as well as the egg and make sure that its evenly mix.
5. Finally add the fried fish and stir for several seconds and plate up for serving. Garnish with julienne capsicum.

Cost:

Yellow capsicum do cost more than other color capsicum due to its sweetness which brings the cost of the dish to $9.90 for 2
