"Kilpatrick" Omelleta

"Kilpatrick" Omelleta

Ingredients:

Eggs
Cream
Capsicum
Cheery Tomato
Prawns
Bacon
Cheese (Parmesan)
Onion
Garlic
Parsley





Steps:

1. Firstly, cook the stuffing for the omelleta. 
2. Fry garlic and onion till brown, add diced prawn and bacon and stir for several min till color changes.
3. Next, add in the diced capsicum and quartered cheery tomato and cook for 3min and place aside.
4. Now, prepare you omelleta mixture (2 eggs and 2 tbs cream). Oil the frying pan and once the pan is hot, place the mixture in the center. Try to spread the mixture to the corner so we get a full size omelleta
5. You dont have  to flip it, when the bottom is nearly brown, place the stuffing and cheese in one side and fold over.
6. Place a lid on and let it cooked for 2-4min and serve it on a big plate or halved them.
7. Garnish with tomato sauce, BBQ sauce and parsley.


Cost:

For a nice lunch/ big breakky, i would say around $ 4.50
