"Wanton Inspired" Dinner
Ingredients:
Wanton Skin
Prawn
Anchovies
Spring Onion
Garlic
Egg
Oyster Sauce
Rice
Butter
Parsley
Steps:
Soup
1. Fry garlic and anchovies till brown and then add prawns and fry till color changes.
2. Add water and oyster sauce and let it boiled, once the soup start bubbling, taste and season.
3. Turn the heat off and place a beaten egg and sliced wanton skin and stir the soup for a min or so.
4. Garnish with spring onion and served with rice and wanton crispy.
