"Beef" Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Beef
Potato
Carrot
Pea
Corn
Tomato
Stock
Onion
Garlic
Parsley
Steps:
1. Using a pot, Fry diced garlic and onion till brown and add diced beef and cook to sealed (cooked to all surface)
2. Add chop potato and carrots and stir about for a while.
3. Add 2 cup of stock/water , enough to cover all ingredients in the pot.
4. Once the soup started to boil, season and add remaining chopped tomato, pea and corn. Let it cook for 20-30min on low heat.
5. Once the potato and carrot have soften, ready for serving.
I would usually leave it for 30min - 1hr so that all the flavor of the soup are absorbed into the ingredients and re-heat again later. This will usually result to a thicker soup base.
