"Congee or Porridge"

"Congee or Porridge"

Ingredient:

Rice 1cup
Chicken Drumstick
Egg
Dried Oyster (C)
Dried Scallop (C)
Salted Fish
Parsley
Ginger



Steps:

1. Wash the rice and place in a pot filled with boiling water
2. Add Chicken drumstick and ensure the chicken is submerged in water
3. Later add diced dried oyster and scallop.
4. Season and remove chicken once cook and de-boned.
5. If there is too much water, remove some of it but leaving more moisture is ideal
6. Once the rice is soft, add diced/shredded chicken
7. Garnish with diced the fried salted fish and thinly slice the ginger.
