"Tuna" Fishcake

"Tuna" Fishcake

Ingredient:

Tuna
Corn
Onion
Potato
Egg
Cream
BreadCrumb

Dressing

Lettuce
Mayo
Gherkins
Cucumber


Steps:

1. Firstly, cook the potato till tender and mash it.
2. Mix all other ingredient and season to flavor and form small cake for frying.
3. Fry the cake on both side till brown and slightly crisp. (If the cake happen to collapsed, don't feel sad, it happens =P )
4. Plate the fishcake and served with the dressing and salad preferably

Cost:

1 + 0.50 + 0.20 + 0.75 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.7 = Cheap
