"Friday Night" Sandwich
Bread was gonna turn moldy in a couple of days, so had to clear it and i was actually thinking of making another pork dish with Brussels sprout.
So instead of making a typical sandwich, i push it a step up.
Several variations, firstly i used the pork loin which i had taken out and bashed it into a crumbed pork schnitzel.
Prepare the salad (Cucumber, lettuce and gherkins), I butter the bottom loaf and place the salad and a cheese and toast it under the sandwich press for the cheese to melt.
Instead of cooking a scramble egg, i made the scramble and soak the bread in it, sorta like a french toast in a way.
Spread mustard mayo, place the crumbed pork and more cheese and pressed the whole sandwich for a good 2min.
Turn out pretty good, each of the ingredient seem to blend nicely into each other then falling apart when eating. Very please with it @.@v
