Still unclear with the recipe for this, it was more of a surprise for me to try. There are an assorted kind of fruits in it, from kiwi, strawberry to oranges.
The chocolate toffee is nice, crispy and sweet and really hard to re-produce. It actually looked like shard of glass.
The actual desert is some sort of layer desert, top being the orange semi froze jelly and the filling is a creamy ice cream like cake.
Let me dig more and make a variation of it, i think there is a potential to this desert design of his .. hehe ^^.v
